For all of you who experience cramps, please try calcium. I suffered with severe leg/foot cramps routinely till I tried calcium tables, twice daily. It put an end to my cramps under any/all situations (i.e., exrecise or not). I tried quinine and found out the hard way that it makes you photo sensitive (I got terrible rash all over arms and legs). Anyway, calcium did the trick for me. Quick, easy fix, and, for we women of my age (don't ask) the "extra" calcium is always welcomed by your body!
