[pct-l] Sheep Creek Truck Trail 3N31

I was wondering if anyone in southern California has been doing any PCT 
hiking in the Angeles Nat'l Forest lately and knows of the condition of 
the Sheep Creek Truck Trail 3N31. I have driven on this road in prior 
years and it's always been a 4WD road, but have reason to hope that 
perhaps it's been graded over the summer. Thanks for any info you can 
provide.
