[pct-l] re: Corn Pasta



Hey, everybody.  Just wanted to pass along that if you combine corn products
with bean products, you will be able to utilize more of the corn's protein
than if you just ate the corn product alone.  This is due to corn lacking an
certain amino acid that beans have alot of (sorry, can't remember the name
of the amino acid).  Any nutritionists out there with information on other
foods that complement corn well?
