I've been very happy with my ULA equipment P2 pack which has probably
spent a grand total of a month on the trail in the last year or so. 
Although not ultralight, it is light - I think around 37 or 39 oz. 
They also make the P1 which would be considered ultralight.  Their
website is www.ula-equipment.com I think.

I have no vested interest, just a satisfied customer.
