[pct-l] What I've learned about DEET- Huh?

I'm not talking about full saturation here. Common thinking and practice is to cover the entire body with bug juice. I'm talking about a single squirt in a couple spots. Hardly enough to do damage in the short term.

When I hiked the trail last year I must say that, in mosquito prone areas, I often took baths in deet. I can't imagine that a little on you shoes and other strategic areas will work on them. You got to paint that stuff on out there..

True, now I see out of only one eye, I burned off all my body hair, and talk with a slur, but at least I was bite free.
