[pct-l] Waypoint tent question

 While the " Big Boy's" do come out with a decent pack or tent once in a while, I would rather buy and support the folks that did the leg work on light weight gear. Buy a Tarp-Tent, Six Moon's tent or Nomad. Same with packs go with a ULF, Six Moons or G-4.
   Most cases the " Little Guys" did the footwork on the design and while big outfits steal designs and ship labor overseas. The makers named above are all hikers who support the hikers on this list and not big " Out of touch" stores like REI, EMS ,etc.
   Mountain Hardware has enough weekend warriors to fill their pockets with change. The big guys are mostly five year's behind what is thru-hiker norm. ( Unless they steal a idea or two)
