[pct-l] Search and Seizure

I don't know how realistic your scenario is, but it would seem to me
that if the ranger is gong to stop you and make you wait a day till he
gets a warrant he will find out wether or not you have a canister
before he gets his warrant. After all, you're going to have to eat
eventually, and get out your tent (or tarp) and sleeping bag and maybe
warmer clothes as well. While you do this you will be giving the ranger
the inspection he was asking for without needing a warrant.

Also, if we're talking about National Parks and Forests I don't think
you will be going to a county court and being tried in front of the
ranger's fishing buddy (state parks maybe). I would think that you
would be going to a federal court where the judges are probably less
forgiving than the ranger's fishing buddy.
