thanks christopher.  being cold is not that great, 
especially when the difference is only 6 oz. (but
that's almost half a pound, i hear someone saying!) 
i'm definitely not going to be ultralight in 2004, as
i intend to have a tarptent (anti-mosquito!), a WM bag
and liner, and a guidelight 3/4 thermarest.  just
can't sleep well on other sleeping pads.  can't wait
to be curled up warm, high in the sierra!
