[pct-l] travelers checks - Debit Cards - Cautionary Note



That is the beauty of the cards that Mags and I are talking about. They can
be used as an ATM card at a cash amchine, debit card against checking
account, or a Visa or Mastercard credit card. We used the one card all 3
ways on the trail in 2000.
