[pct-l] knee blowouts

I also apparently have wacky knee caps. What the knee doctor said to David 
Stockton made a lot of sense to me. I had one bad knee blowout at about the 
halfway point on the PCT last year. I could not walk at all without severe 
pain. In desperation, I wrapped it in an elastic gauze bandage (like the knee 
doctor suggested) and everything was peachy keen from then on. (I only wore 
it for a few days)
