[cdt-l] wear is the cdt trail n Yelowsoten Montana and wyoming

is there a map on line of the continental divide trail I am specially
wanting to no wear through Yellowstone park it goes I know the continental
divide is in Yellowstone park but wear is the trail or does it follow the
road also wear is it in Wyoming and Montana an online map would be helpful
