The plane was found approximately 3 miles east of the peak of Sharps Mt in
the town of Lyme, NH. It is extremely rugged country and was located by a
forest service worker who was surveying the extent of the damage to the
forest from an ice storm two years ago. Any you who have hiked the AT
through NH crossed Sharps Mt. just below Mt Cube and Rt 25 in Orford.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention
of arriving safely in one pretty and well preserved piece,
but to skid broadside, thoroughly used up, worn out,
shouting "GERONIMO".
