Bake Oven Knob Shelter could seriously use some TLC and a privy.  A well
would be a godsend because the spring that is reliable is .5 down the
mountain.  That said, I have absolutely no idea what it costs to have a well
dug.

It's even in your home state, Kahley.  :)
