[at-l] Trail closures in Harriman and other PIPC parks

As of tomorrow, 7/28/99, all trails (including the AT) will be closed
because of the high fire danger. Normally they post signs and maps of the
official road walk version for those who are thruhiking.

It is unknown at present if the Taconic Region will follow their lead
(historically they have not). That would affect Anthonys Nose, Canada Hill
and Fahnestock State Park.
