Re: [at-l] Neels Gap > Amicacola Falls

Depending on your level of fitness, I suspect you have given yourself a
fairly leisurely trip. I do not find Miller Gap on my map, but suspect you
are planning something near Woody Gap. Gooch Gap has a shelter, about 3.5
miles further. Sassafras mountain probably has many suitable places to
camp, but since it is along a ridge, water could be a problem.

Given the distances involved. You might consider day one to Gooch Gap, Day
2 to Long Creek Falls (near where the BMT spurs off), and day three to
Springer (a very leisurely day). Water should be easy at each stop,
campsites convenient, and late April blooming should be fabulous.
