I tried this once. The book that came with my dehydrator raved about the
stuff. So I followed the directions and dried a carton of raspberry yogurt.
They lied. It was awful. Chalky, sour-tasting, with not a hint of that
perky yogurt flavor. Even my kid wouldn't eat it.
