[at-l] weather report and shelter tests <shiver>

Indianapolis forecast from a website:

Tonight...cloudy and cold with a few flurries possible. low in the middle
teens. brisk west wind 15 to 25 mph.
Sunday...mostly cloudy and cold. flurries. temperature remaining in the
teens. brisk west wind 15 to 25 mph.
Sunday night...cloudy and a chance of light snow. low 10 to 15. chance of
snow 40 percent.
Monday...snow likely. cold. temperature remaining 10 to 15. chance of snow
60 percent.

The weather is here, wish it was beautiful <g>. Great Nomad testing weather;
9+ inches of snow last night, turning to ice/sleet this morn, and then
freezing rain by mid-afternoon today. My little shelter went from being
half-buried in a drift, to a post-modern ice sculpture in the course of a
few hours. When a wind shift after the cold front went through, the
vestibule filled, and the Nomad assumed a "Datto-tent-like" attitude. I
swapped ends around so that the vestibule was once again pointing in the
proper direction (away from the wind), and now just the occasional flapping.
I'm contemplating a VB test tonight out in the yard, using my 20 degree bag
and a VB liner of my own making. Might just be cabin fever :-) Current
temps: 19, wind SW @ 20, wind chill is -12.
