[at-l] reconstructing your hike/journals

If you choose to keep some sort of a record of your hike, I recommend 
that you record where you stayed each night. I've seen too many hikers 
try to reconstruct their hikes afterwards. Too many days, too many 
miles, too many shelters....It blurs.
