Amen! & Amen!!

I never hike, fish, etc. in my tri's.  Have a pair of custom polarized
single focus "shooting glasses" that let me see the ground at my feet --
i.e., cut to somewhere between the intermediate & distant.  A bit pricey,
but work great.

PS -- Use half moon reading glasses to tie on flies.  I'd rather look like
the graybeard old F@%#, w/ two pairs of glasses on cords around my neck than
to bust my @$$, out of pride.
