Re: [at-l] breaking camp



All this stuff is all well and good, but I have the lactose intolerance
thing....so anything w/ milk in it on the trail is either a no-no, or I
have to carry oodles of those lactose pills.  Breakfast for me is usually a
bunch of snacks and a hot drink this time of year.
