Posted your message to the list today. I can tell you that between
Tesnattee Gap and Neels Gap was very dry about 30 days ago (of course
that's only 6 miles). From Unicoi down to Chattahoochee Gap was dry and
the spring at Chattahoochee Gap only had a trickle then, but it was enough
to fill my bottle.

We've had more rain lately so I suspect the situation is greatly improved.
