[at-l] Smokies in August

Have any of you Great Smokies hikers ever done the Lakeshore trail?  I'm
planning a week for August, and, that is a section of the park I've
never been in.  I'm thinking of doing the whole trail; all 30 odd miles
of it. How 'bout some of the connecting trails ... Hazel Creek? Bone
Valley? Bear Creek? Cold Spring Gap? Should make for a good secluded
hike.
