this guy is also being sought for the Olympic bombing and one other.  
He is dangerous in any circumstances.  However, I agree with Wildbill
that he is not on the trail.  I understand they searched the Partnership
shelter area a while back because it was reported on one of the trail
journals.  If I were him I'd be far away.  but dangerous he is - suppose
he decides that hikers are evil and dangerous.    Next.... His thought
processes are not to be trusted.
