This is so true...When I lived in York County and got invovled in the local
politics, there were times we had to call people and beg them to come to the
meeting so we could have a 'forum' and pass new laws.  A forum only needs
thirteen people.  So a very few of us made decisions for a whole bunch of us.
I like being one of the few making decisions.  How can I join??
