I ran 20-30 miles/week for 7 years thinking it would make me fit enough to
charge up mountains without feeling it. Not so!!!!!! It got somewhat easier
but never anything I'd call easy. Face it, you're human, not a machine. Go
uphill slowly and enjoy the view at the top.
