[at-l] Highlander center

Hey ever body,

    I'm planning a thru for '99 and was thinking about stopping to visit
the Highlander center for democratic education.  I've been doing some
reading about it and I know it's in Appalacia but I do not know where
exactly it is in relation to the trail.  If any one has any info that
would be of relavence to this let me know.
