Ahhh, woodelf, you know me too well, my friend. I shant forget the time I
was strolling through Bly GAp when what yonder did I see? Two young
damsels acting distressed. Well, I slowed my pace and tried to make
myself as unnoticeable as possible. I crouched down and tried to sneak to
the same place they were. I wasn't sure what I was hiding from, but I
think it was working. The girls were looking up the trail from behind an
oak blowdown, one pointing and whispering all the while. As I got closer,
maybe 30 feet behind them, I heard the pointing girl say "I think I see
him." Well, I looked up the trail and saw nothing. So, I crept on. The
girls were so intent on the trail, they had no idea that I was now within
a single yard of them. "What are we hiding from?" I asked. The two girls
went flying over the log in a start, leaving their packs and sticks
behind. As they sprinted away, hiking boots pounding the ground, I heard
one yelling "Its a Felllliiiiiixxxxxxxx!!!! Run!!!!!!" The moral of this
story, of course: Always know who your enemies are, and be prepared to
identify them.

Droppin' 'em over here, Boss
