Those tiny bottles of Tobasco sauce are found in some packages of Army MREs
("Meals, Ready to Eat," a.k.a. Meals Rejected by Ethiopians).

Recent discussion on a survival newsgroup says that MREs may become harder
for civilians to obtain.
