[at-l] nice section hike?

Dear AT reader:

   I spent a very nice week south of Roanoke last year on the AT. I need
suggestions for a nice week on the AT with easy air access in. Since I am
flying from Ft Lauderdale, where doesn't matter, I will probably go in
September or October. The hills of Va killed me last year, somewhere less
hilly would be nice Jim
