[at-l] Bruised heel near H.F.

Ann took a socks-off break on the trail and noticed a huge black and blue bruise
on her heel. She pushed on it, but it didn't hurt at all. Her other one was
fine. She looked at the Sorthobane insert, and it was blue too. So, I asked her,
"did you have your boots off when you ate that blueberry muffin?"
