Hiya all....
Gearweenie hit me too..
I bought a tent and a coated nylon anorak. I really wanted a parka,
but for 60% off, I compromised...besides, it matches my new tent<<G>>.
Question is...the seam sealer that came with my tent contains
toulene(SP?) and I can not find more with that ingredient.
If I run out before I finish, can I finish with the water based type?
Also, there is no indication of a temp. range for application. I'm
assuming this touluene stuff is something I don't want to breath for a
couple days and would like to do this outside. How warm must it be?
Sorry to seem dumb but until now I've used a partner's tent and for
the last year I used a tarp. The water based stuff seemed to work fine
on that but I don't want to screw up my new tent! Thanks Kahley
And...would you seam seal an anorak?
