Wouldn't have thought it a problem myself, but I ran across the same thing
at a provincial park in E. Ontario. Privies had outer metal-encased doors
down to a concrete base, and metal sheeting abound 3' high around the base.
Big sign warning you to latch the doors so the porkies wouldn't eat the
building!!
