Malcom asked about PA rocks. They're not all that bad. I section hiked that 
portion two years ago, 11 or 12 miles a day easy. Be sure to stop at Quarry Gap 
shelter, lovely double shelter with covered picnic table by stream. Boiling 
Springs is a great trail town for a meal. But the campsite is right by the 
railroad tracks. The Doyle Hotel in Duncannon was antiquated, but not as bad as
