Off topic: Defense of NJ

>My opinion of NJ is not so good living in Philly.

I know this may not be appropriate, but being born and raised (and
currently living in) Philadelphia, I feel compelled to write.

My impression of NJ is that it is just like if not better than PA. The
roads (in general) are in better condition in NJ (see annual Trucker
survey), the taxes are cheaper in NJ, car insurance is cheaper (compared to
Philly), etc. etc. And as for strip malls, hasn't Philadelphia and it's
subburbs cornered the market on these things? And my thoughts of
traversing Route 70 and 72 in NJ is not filled with the thoughts of a strip
mall.

If anyone would like to continue this dialogue, I'd be happy to continue it
on a pa.general or nj.general newsgroup.

Thank you all for your indulgence.
