[at-l] River to River



 Felix, I've been a R2R trail member on and off for years.  It's somewhere between 160-170 miles (depending on the relos).  There is a guidebook available from the associaton.  The President is the guy to talk with about the trail, John O'Dell--618-252-6789.  Website is here:

The part I've seen is near Giant City State Park--hilly, rocky outcroppings, really nice.  When Nimblewill Nomad did his cross-country trek he complained the trail had to much horse damage; it is a multi-use trail.  I didn't see horse damage on the little bit I did of it.
