[at-l] Cambodia

R&R's articles are really dated . . . . . .
There's crime everywhere: earlier this year in Cambodia a canadian todler
was killed when some criminals took over a western school in Siem Reap. Back
in 2000 pirates grabbed the boat I took from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and
robbed the tourists. Back in the early 1990s a couple of backpackers got
kidnapped from the train to to Kep and subsequently killed. Back then you
also couldn't visit Kbal Spean because of Khmer Rouge hold outs. Except for
the Cardamoms in the southwest where poachers are battling the civil
government, the place is remarkably peaceful now.
