[at-l] I-95 crosses AT?

I could swear that it crossed I-95 in New Hampshire.. or somewhere
like that.  Years ago (mid 90s) I remember being on an Interstate with
a footbridge overhead that read AT...

Perhaps it was I-90 in Mass (doubt it) or somewhere in PA maybe. 
Phew.. the memory cells are going quick.
