I heard a new Interstate was going to be built in Georgia.  Was this
the proposed Interstate that was proposed to cut through some prime
wilderness AND cross the AT twice included in the bill?  I have to
admit ignorance because I don't remember what the proposed Interstate
was going to be numbered or where it was to be located exactly.
