[at-l] Granola Recipe.



GRANOLA RECIPE:

½ tsp          Cinnamon.
½ Cup        Coconut - Shredded.
1 ½ Cups   Oats - Rolled.

- Sheet Pan.

- Mix Cinnamon, Coconut and Oats in an ungreased Sheet Pan.

2 Tbl           Butter - Melted.
1/8 Cup      Honey.
½ Cup        Pecans - chopped.
½ tsp          Vanilla.

- Combine Butter, Pecans and Vanilla.

- Mix into previous ingredients.

- Bake:  350 degrees.  Stir every 5 - 10 Minutes.

- Remove when brown (15 - 20 Minutes).

½ Cup        Cherries - Dried.

- Add Cherries.

Substitutions:
- Any kind of chopped nuts in lieu of pecans.
- Any kind of dried fruit in lieu of dried cherries.
- Baking Dish in lieu of Sheet Pan.
