[at-l] NOC map...and driving...big conundrum



Actually, you can always get to the old mine at Sapphire Valley.  Just park
at the 15 mile an hour curve and walk in.  If you know your sapphires,
you'll most likely find one.  My mother is an expert on this and used to be
a guide to the mines :-).
