[at-l] shuttling plans for next year

I'm planning to do Springer/Amicalola to Fontana Dam next spring.
I'm looking at maps and train schedules now.  Would it be easier to
find a shuttle to Greenville, SC, or to Atlanta, GA?

I figure I can take the train to Atlanta, get a ride up to Amicalola, 
and
go.  It's the going home I'm less sure about.

Of course, there's also driving my car to Amicalola and then getting
a shuttle back there from Fontana.. but it's a long drive from DC.
