Reference my post, dated 9-10-04, asking, ?Isn?t discussing, or at least 
airing out, the environmental policies and practices of our Chief Executive 
trail related enough to warrant discussion in this election season??

Reference your post, that same date, advising, ?Because that would cause me 
to act as a lie detector and get the flames going again.?

I have never objected to your expression of your political ideas.  If we 
only listen to those with whom we agree, we?ll never appreciate opposing 
views, some of which just may have some merit.

I think flame wars ignite when people label or diminish others, not when 
their ideas are expressed.
