[at-l] Reminder of thru hiker cyber siting place

Mount Washington http://www.mountwashington.org/cam/deck/index.php# is a 
great place to catch hikers as they push thru the Presidentials and wind 
their ways toward Maine and the big K.

Currently, there is a bunch of folks sitting in front of the camera. They 
look a bit clean for hikers. But I see at least one backpack.
