[at-l] RE:

Just because the NYT labels it 'news' doesn't make it so, they mainly print
opinion pieces and this is another example.

I always provide links to any articles I post.

--I don't see how you interpret this as being political
--material. It is
--simply news. None of this has been contested by anyone. The Bush
--administration has officially acknowledged the contents of
--this article.
--
--"(T)he federal courts mentioned are not identified, I suspect
--all or most of
--them are in the ninth circuit which says it all."
--
--I deleted court identification along with other information I
--considered not
--on point to save space. The courts mentioned in the article
--are not the
--Ninth Circuit.
--
--"The NYT has abandoned reporting and just about everything in
--it should
--appear on the editorial page."
--
--I don't see subjective content in the article; it reports who
--did what, and
--when. Regardless, whether the article makes you feel pride
--or discomfort,
--it's still called, "news."
--
--You take the New York Times to task as the source of this
--news. You have
--ignored numerous requests and continue to choose not to identify the
--source(s) for any of the information you provide.
