[at-l] Hike to save unspoiled area near Roanoke, VA

The Read Mountain Alliance invites you to participate in our 3rd 
annual "Take a Hike-A-Thon for Read Mountain." This event will be held 
on Sunday, September 12th, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. and will start and end at 
Bonsack Elementary School.
In the last year the Read Mountain Preserve has become a 90 acre 
reality. Now we are working on adding another 400-500 acres to the 
Preserve. A good turnout for the hike will help us reach our goal.
We hope you will be able to join us and other citizens of the Roanoke 
Valley for this day of fun, fellowship and fitness. Registration forms 
for the event can be obtained by calling the Read Mountain Alliance at 
977-4540 or at www.readmountain.org.
