My reading list keeps expanding. OK I'll check it out.

I realize that Wal-Mart has a certain mystique or "culture" that is
self-serving but it provides two benefits for those who choose to use or be used by the
company.
1. It provides jobs -- a) Only for those who want to work there. b) To
the suppliers.
     c) To the trickle-down people in the economic chain of which we are all
a part.
2. It provides inexpensive goods for sale. a) This helps the poor and
marginalized.
     b) This also helps the local economy by providing for saved money to be
spent.
     c) This also enables people to buy hiking gear to go for a hike on a
trail.

No one is obligated to work at Wal-Mart. No one is obligated to shop there.
The freedom that we enjoy in this great country of ours enables people to
make choices.

I am all for freedom of choice (at least when it is me who wants to choose).

Skylander (Yes, yes, I will read the book).
