[at-l] Bearikade packing, eh what?

Anyone out there ever wrestle with a bear can?
I know you have...

I have a Bearikade to play with, and I have two questions that need 
answers:

1) Any tips/thoughts on packing the food in it? How much food can you 
load it with?

2) How do I carry the durn thing? It takes up most of my pack. (I have 
the ULA P2) I can strap it outside on the bottom, but it sticks out 
pretty far. I also wonder if it will pull on my shoulders. I will test 
hike with it tomorrow.
If I carry it inside the pack, then what? Where does all my "stuff" go?
