Any first aid tool needs to be practiced at home in
good conditions, and then with a progression of
adverse conditions. One hand only, wet, cold, windy,
sleepy, drunk, and whatever.

Assume the UMBLES will occur. Assume your brain will
fail, so be trained to the point of not requiring much
thought.
