What kind of cheese do you serve?   And, come on, no egg rolls?  Also, it the 
opera in Chinese or is it Chinese Opera?  

I have a "French eatery" in my neighborhood and it ain't that elegant though 
there is another French Restaurant that is pretty elegant.  

What is the price range?  And do you do take-out?  Do you deliver to the 
Florida Trail?
