[at-l] jobs, and life, and such

Amen to that! You are correct. On the trail, I thought about where I'd be
spending the night and what I was going to eat that night. If I was nearing
a town, those questions you related were on my mind!

I also found that, while in town, especially if I spent 2 nights there, my
mind would wander out of the hike and into the rest of my life. I sometimes
had so much running through my mind that I didn't sleep well in town. I
don't know if it was because I called family and/or friends when in town, or
if just being around "real life" things made my mind drift back there. Once
back on the trail, the ease of simplicity took over again. Thankfully!
